1. Registration and Payment

• All player registrations and sponsorship donations must be completed through our secure checkout system.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration or donation.

2. Event Details

• The tournament will take place on July 7th at The Hamptons Golf Club, 69 Hamptons Dr NW, Calgary, AB T3A 5H7.

3. Sponsorship

• Sponsorship levels and associated benefits are listed on the Sponsorship page. Sponsors must submit any necessary materials (logos, banners, etc.) by the provided deadline to ensure inclusion in event materials.
• All sponsorships are considered donations and are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations and Changes

• The event will proceed rain or shine. In case of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event.
• In the event of cancellation, we will notify all registrants and sponsors and offer applicable credits or donation receipts.

5. Liability

• By participating in the tournament, all players agree to assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or damage arising from participation.
• The organizers and venue are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

6. Use of Images

• By attending the event, participants grant permission for photos or videos taken during the tournament to be used for promotional purposes.
